FRIP Purchase

I added more shares to my position of BP plc (ADR) (BP).

2 Share @ $37.53

This increases my forward 12-month dividend income by $4.80 to a total of $2,118.36

I also updated my portfolio page to reflect the change.

What are you buying with dividends?

  1. BP is probably my top energy pick. I said to myself under $40 I'll really consider this one and I have to say that I am tempted more than ever. The yield is pretty juicy and I hope that it is sustainable too. Thanks for sharing.

    1. Thanks for stopping by DivHut. right now it looks sustainable. They have a payout of 77% right now.

  2. You sure like playing with fire don't you, FF? My biggest concern is how long oil stays depressed. BP might resort to dividend cuts for capex. I'm using my dividends to buy defensive consumer staples. Maybe grab a few bargains while the stock market goes crazy and crash everything.
