Trade - Buy

I added more shares to my position in Caterpillar (CAT)

15 Shares @ $78.66 on 7-31-2015

This will increase my forward 12-months dividend by $46.20 to a total of $2,459.02

I updated my Portfolio to reflect the change.

    Who doesn't like CAT right now! Nice buy at this price and yield, FF!

    $2400 in yearly dividends is really great as well! Keep up the nice work.

    Do I like CAT??? YES! I have owned it for eight years in my taxable and in ROTH accounts and have it on my August buy list. Hard to ignore that awesome yield now that the price dropped. Good pick up.

    More than $2k in annual income is quite impressive. Congrats on your recent purchase. I must admit, I too have $CAT on my radar. Although, I am stuck between $NOV, $CAT, and $CMI. If you don't mind me asking, what do you have on your watchlist over the next four weeks or so?

      I just brought more shares of OHI today. My next buy will be either NOV or WPC.

      I also would love to buy CMI and MMM right now.
