FRIP Purchase

I added more shares to my position of Kinder Morgan Inc. (KMI).

1 Share @ 32.93

I also talked about KMI Here, and why it is a great buy at this price.

This increases my forward 12-month dividend income by $1.64 to a total of $994.84

I also updated my portfolio page to reflect the change.

What was your recent Buy/Sell?

  1. I bought some VGR(cigs and e-cigs) mainly because the high yield. Also they have a new product coming out sometimes january -14 so who knows maybe some gain on the stock price also :)

I think next week when I get my paycheck I will be looking into MFA which is a REIT with a yield of 26%. When I start getting monthly dividends over 300+ per month I'm going to start to look at more securer companies to invest in.

I've heard and read about DRIP before but have to google in FRIP, guess it's almost the same thing?

KMI is looking sweet, small stream, big river :)

    Keep going!

    2. FRIP is a scottrade program. You can read more about it here. https://www.scottrade.com/online-brokerage/FRIP.html check it out. I love the program.

you should build a core of securer company first imo.

      Thanks for commenting by :)

  2. Nice! I only have about $8 in my FRIP account, but if I had more I think I'd grab a share of KMI too. Looking forward to FRIPing next year!
