I added more shares to my position of Kinder Morgan Inc. (KMI).
1 Share @ $33.90 of KMI
This increases my forward 12-month dividend income by $1.64 to a total of $1,189.44
I also updated my portfolio page to reflect the change.
What are you buying with your dividends?
I think your getting a good value for KMI here. If they weren't already my largest position I'd have snagged more over the last couple of months!
ReplyDeleteHi W2R, yes i agree with you that KMI is a good value.
DeleteNice purchase. I have been adding to my CVX, RDS, and PM positions. There is a lot of value in oil, pipeline, and tobacco companies right now.
ReplyDeleteTomorrow I plan to buy PM and when I get my tax return I will buy CVX. thanks for commenting Pipeline
DeleteNice price on KMI even though it's just one share. I need to get in on the FRIP. I really love that option.
ReplyDeleteone share here and one share there really adds up. I love the FRIP. :)
DeleteVery nice! One share might not seem like much but every single penny brings you one step closer to your goal. KMI is one of the stocks that I am considering initiating a position in this month.
ReplyDeleteTake care.

Right on!! every penny counts. KMI is a great buy right now.
DeleteFF Dividend,
ReplyDeleteNice job!I don't have Scottrade or the FRIP plan. I did add STB to my portfolio today. Never got around to pulling the trigger for a long time. Kids got to get to school thought I figure.
Thanks for commenting. I don't think STB is such a great investment. very risky.
DeleteMaybe a little bit risky and not looking for much capital appreciation, but they seem to be very friendly and want to treat employees and people like family. Didn't buy a big position and will pick up a little income for cheap amount. Not to mention the CEO has been in the industry for 38 years he stated on the CC.
DeleteHi FF,
ReplyDeleteKMI is a very good company!
I think the dividend reinvest program doesn´t cost money, or?
At the moment, I reinvest all my dividends! :-)
More and more and more...
I need more money! :-)
Best regards
D-S
Sammier, the FRIP does not cost a penny. I use my dividends to buy more shares at no cost.
DeleteI am the same way. I need more money. :) thanks for stopping buy.
